Where it all began

Anastasiia discovered the physio world early in her life. She was immersed into the competitive world of tennis from the age of 9. It was a fulfilling and accomplished journey yet it led to multiple injuries and an eventual shoulder surgery. At age 18, she was immersed into the world of exercise, hands on techniques and a variety of modalities all geared towards recovery and performance optimization. She spent her teenage years observing the art of rehabilitation. Taking inspiration in a busy sports environment, one-on-one sessions with physio/psychology/massage regenerative specialists, Anastasiia learned early how to design and execute a plan for getting to the next level of recovery.

Captured in Anastasiia’s work is not only her vision, expertise, remarkable attention to detail, and ability to look at things as a whole - but the genuine desire for people to be healthier and more free.

My story, my why

At my core, I believe in uncovering the root cause of the issue. After developing an autoimmune condition, I sought a path to complete recovery rather than settling for increasing doses of medication. This sparked a deep dive into holistic and functional medicine, anti-inflammatory nutrition, holistic dentistry, and the mind-body connection, among other alternative therapies. I've gained invaluable insights into environmental factors, heavy metal toxicity, and their impact on health. Today, I enjoy a lifestyle filled with sustainable and wholesome choices and a robust, healthy body, which reminds me daily of my journey. I am grateful for the challenges I've faced, as they've equipped me to share my knowledge with others who look for deeper understanding of their bodies and help them find long-term solutions.

I am beyond grateful to be living in the beautiful Bay Area, California. I find my purpose in helping others on their path to living well. I cannot wait to share all I know with you and help you feel and be closer to your true authentic self.
